How long does it take to deliver my order?
All orders will be shipped within 3-4 days of order date. For full custom nursery rooms please allow 1-3 weeks for full room, table center piece set ups and tree décor bundle purchases to be custom handmade, quality checked and shipped. However, we due or best to have items delivered as soon as possible to beat our own standard of 1-36 week expectation. We understand that if we were the customer we would be excitedly checking the tracking of our order everyday in anticipation for our items arrival, so we do our very best to get items made and shipped as soon as possible.
All items are shipped from Virginia. Please Note: packages to the East Coast will take 3-4 days, Mid-West 4-5, West Coast 5-7.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
What materials are used in products?
Macramé items are made up of multiple yarns, rope and cord. All our cord and rope come from Ganxxet. Ganxxet soft cotton cords are made of recycled cotton from the garment industry and their premium cords are made from OEKO-TEX high quality cotton fiber. Majority of yarn is Bernat Blanket Super Bulky yarn.
Alcohol Ink Artwork is all made on Yupo Paper with alcohol ink ranging in brands like Ranger, Brea Reese, and Shuttle Art, Copic Various Ink, Arteza Everblend Makers, Jacquard Alcohol Ink Pinata, and Blick Studio.
Afghans are made from Bernat Blanket Super Bulky Yarn and Yarn Bee.
Baskets and Hampers are made from Bernat Maker Home Dec. and Ganxxet Recycled T-Shirt Yarn.
Marble Artwork is made with Acrylic Paint, a pouring medium and resin.
Wooden Signs are all made from reclaimed pallet boards.
Wooden Artwork is all made from Pine and/or Poplar Wood Boards.
Sheets, Duvet Covers, Pillow Shams are all made with 100% Italian Organic Cotton- Sateen. Please allow 3-4% shrinkage when washed.
Why do some of my items differ from pictures on your website?
Due to all items being custom handmade, items will vary silently in color, pattern, wood grain and color.
Alcohol Ink Artwork will vary in color and vary in the flow of the ink.
Pallet board signs will vary in color, board width, weight, grain and wood species due to all pallet boards being recycled and reclaimed to make each sign.
Marble Artwork will vary in color distribution, the number of cells displayed and flow of acrylic paint.
Although there will be silent difference from room to room, all rooms and items will be handmade in the same processes and procedures as items purchased and shown in photographs on our website.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to all 50 US States, Canada. Please note we DO NOT ship to any other US territories, mail forwarding services or PO Boxes. Any restrictions will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable.
Do you offer free shipping?
We do offer Free Shipping on all orders shipped in the USA. Internationals orders that qualify for Free Shipping, will be shipped USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on size, weight and destination.
For international orders below $200 there will be a standard delivery fee. Shipping fee calculations will depend on your package size, weight, destinations and shipping method you choose.
Do you charge Sale Tax?
We collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in Virginia. Residents in all other states are required to comply with their local sales and use tax laws.
Do you accept returns?
We do not except returns on all WAWL Kids items because they are custom hand crafted and made-to-order. These items are listed on the product item page.
Non-WAWL Kids items we gladly accept returns for damaged/defective or incorrect orders only.
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery by sending an email to email@example.com to request a return, with a brief description for the nature of your return along with your order number. Please ship items back to us within 7 days of delivery.
Condition of Return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we do. They are great for baby showers, birthdays or holiday gifts.
How do I track my order?
All orders at the time of purchase are given a tracking number. Your tracking number can be entered in the carrier provided with your tracking number to see the status of your order.
Additionally, you can track, re-route and even have FedEx hold your shipment for up to 2 weeks by logging on to FedEx Delivery Manager.

How can I edit my shipping address?

What if my order is time-sensitive?
Please contact us at email@example.com and we are willing to work with all buyers. Please note additional fees may apply based on time fulfillment requests.
What does awaiting fulfillment mean?
Awaiting fulfillment means we have received your order. Your order is being prepared for shipment, and you will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
